Caribou Crossroads is a family run business.
Owners Mike and Pam Hanson have been frequenting the Caribou area since they were kids - as have many of their customers. Elaine Hanson keeps the place running smoothly, while offering all who stop a friendly welcome and delicious meals. Other family members can be found helping out, as well as seasonal employees. Our goal at Caribou is to preserve the character of yesteryear for more 'kids' to experience and explore, and create fond memories to last a lifetime.
Caribou is open year round - though we do have reduced hours in the winter.
Winter Season (generally mid-October through mid-May)
Friday - Monday: 8am to 5pm
Summer Season - open 7-days a week
Monday - Thursday: 8am to 5pm
Friday and Saturday: 7:30am to 6pm
Sunday: 7:30am to 5pm
